The Genesis online support service is available from 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 4.00pm,  Friday.,  however during busy times you may have a delay in connecting.

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE CONNECTING, PLEASE GO TO ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS AND THEN UNINSTALL THE TWO ENTRIES FOR GOTOASSIST AND THEN RETRY THE CONNECTION.
